What we collect
- Account data. Email, plan tier, billing info (processed via Stripe — we never see card numbers).
- Usage data. Which pages and features you use, what edges you act on, what alerts you configure. Used to operate and improve the product.
- Connected book data. If you connect a sportsbook or exchange account for CLV tracking, we pull your fills via the integrated provider (e.g. SharpSports). We store fills, prices, and timestamps. Never credentials.
- Browser-standard data. IP, user-agent, referrer, browser fingerprint signals as needed for security and abuse prevention.
What we don't collect
- Sportsbook or exchange credentials. Connections happen through OAuth-style providers. We never see your username or password.
- Ad-network or marketing third-party tracking. We use a privacy-respecting analytics provider (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Meta tracking).
- Your bet sizes or bankroll details unless you explicitly enter them.
How we use it
- To operate the product (compute your CLV, route alerts, etc.).
- To debug and improve the product when you report issues.
- To bill you accurately.
- To send transactional email (account, alerts you configured, billing). No marketing email without an explicit opt-in.
Who else sees your data
- Service providers. Stripe (payments), Postmark or similar (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), our database host. They see only what they need to provide the service.
- Connected book providers. If you connect your sportsbook via SharpSports or similar, that provider operates under their own privacy policy.
- No one else. We don't sell, trade, or share user data with marketers, ad networks, or data brokers.
Retention and deletion
We retain your account data while your subscription is active and for 12 months after cancellation (so you can return without re-onboarding). Email legal@clv.gg to delete sooner. We'll wipe your account, fills, and usage data within 30 days.
Your rights
You can export your data, correct it, or delete it at any time. EU/UK users: GDPR rights apply. California users: CCPA rights apply. To exercise any of these, email legal@clv.gg with the specific request.
Security
We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest. We don't store API keys, passwords, or financial credentials in plaintext. Security incidents are disclosed to affected users within 72 hours.

Material changes are announced via email. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current revision.
